Killian Nasal Speculum

It is used in diagnostic and therapeutic nasal procedures. After anesthetizing the nasal mucosa, it can be used in procedures like anterior rhinoscopy, nasal packing, polypectomy, and turbinate reduction surgeries. After elevating the mucoperiosteum on both sides, the speculum can be placed within the flaps with the blades on either side of the bony septum.
